The art fair has become the precise event that Pacific Art's needs.

Pacific contemporary art consistently raises awareness about climate change, social justice, encompasses the artistic traditions and visual culture of the Pacific peoples adopting Australia as home.

However, it's undeniable that art fairs are large-scale economic enterprises where artworks are mainly seen as commodities. Is there an issue with this? Not necessarily, as the works deemed "important" are often those that sell. Pacific art has faced challenges in gaining this recognition at Australian art fairs. Despite this, Pacific art remains a permanent fixture and continues to leave its mark on the Australian art scene.

The Affordable Art Fair in Brisbane signifies a new chapter for Pacific art. Presenting our final installation on the concluding day, Sunday, May 12th, is your final chance to immerse yourself in Pacific art at STAND C4. Seize the moment, acquire a piece of art, and become a part of the Pacific art legacy across Australia.
